Frank began his career in the textile industry in 1975 as a branch manager for Unitog Uniform Co. His ambition and hard work moved him up quickly, and he eventually started his own multi-head embroidery company by the name of Emblematix, Inc. The company grew rapidly in the areas of emblems and contract embroidery. In 1988 Frank offered training and consultation to several clients, who then encouraged him to pursue training on a full time basis. This affirmation acted as a catalyst to reorganize Emblematix and provide him with unlimited time to devote to a consulting career. Embroidery Education Services Int'l. was formed as the first full time training and consulting firm in the United States, specializing in mechanical and computerized embroidery. Today, Frank serves the industry not only as an engineer/consultant/trainer, but also as a seminar speaker and writer. His areas of expertise include; design and digitizing (punching), production, machine operation, finishing, work flow, modular installation, maintenance and machine repair, pricing and general business management. As a writer, he has written numerous articles that have been published in several industry trade publications throughout the U.S., Europe and several Spanish speaking countries. Voted "Best embroidery consultant", Quest for the Best Dec.'94 Impressions Magazine.
