We ensure every client gets what they need to be successful, from training and tech support, to adding more embroidery machines as their business grows. I'm bilingual, fluent in both Spanish and English. It is my honor to serve not only the U.S., but also a number of our esteemed distributors internationally.
Some of my personal time is spent playing competitve baseball, and I'm a life-long sports fan!

It does not seem that long ago when I started with Melco as a regional sales representative back in 1992, time flew by and I continue to be amazed and proud being part of a company that continues to be an innovative force in the embroidery industry In my 25 years with Melco I had the pleasure and privilege to help many new and existing businesses to get started with the most advanced embroidery and garment decorating solutions, watch them grow and gained a lot of experience along the way! I am looking forward to continue doing the same with our newest EMT16 PLUS machines, latest DesignShop V10 software and industry leading EPSON F2000 garment printer!

Embroidery is a family heritage, I am a third generation embroiderer. Some of my earliest memories are watching my mother hand embroider which later inspired me to open my own business. In 1988 I was offered an opportunity to join Sewing Machine Exchange, a distributor of Melco.
In my time with Melco, I‘ve helped many realize their dreams of owning their own business and growing with us from a single head to a modular multi-head embroidery system. I look forward to being a part of the continued success of Melco and serving the needs of our customers.
My career at Melco started in the late 1980s, where I developed a passion for embroidery, specifically the Melco product line. I held a variety of positions and had the opportunity to meet with customers face to face all over the entire country.

T-shirt printing is my life!!!
I have been involved with the printing industry since 1992, when I was first representing manufactures in screen, hot stamp and pad printing. Since that time I have been fortunate to work with customers spanning all aspects of the printing and decorating industry, providing technical and business solutions, including equipment and supplies. My background also includes being a small business owner, so I understand how a business operates and what daily production processes are really important to be efficient and profitable. Staying current on the latest business trends in the t-shirt industry, I have a passion for providing only the best solutions to be successful. With the Epson F2000 DTG printer, I can truly help my customers grow their business!

My first position was in accessory sales over 9 years ago, and I had the opportunity to get to know several customers. My love for embroidery and drive to help our customers opened more opportunities for me at Melco. In September, 2014 I moved into equipment sales, and I love it! Melco is a great company that has the best embroidery equipment in the industry. We listen to our customers and give them tools they need to become successful. I’m proud to be a Melco employee, and I really enjoy my job and look forward to many more years with this company.
As a 27-year veteran of the embroidery industry, I have extensive knowledge of the industry and embroidery process. I also have a long history of educational training and sales for Melco.
I have worked for Melco since 1989, in various positions such as Training Manager, and Support & Applicators Specialist. I left for a brief period to manage a large embroidery and screen-printing shop, which gave me valuable skills in running a successful business. I returned to work for Melco in 2014 in Sales Support and Development.
Embroidery is in my blood, I am very passionate about the business and love to get people excited about starting or enhancing their own business. It is easy to work for a company like Melco where the employees come first, and innovation in technology are the rule, not the exception.
In my spare time, I love to downhill ski, hike the Colorado mountains, and I enjoy fly fishing (catch & release).
